Tai Chi for Better Health
Shibashi Set 1 & Set 2 Online Instructor Training Courses
We currently offer Shibashi Sets 1 and 2 online training courses. Both courses offer you the opportunity and support you need to set up and run your own classes. If however you are wanting to learn these great Qigong practices just for yourself we are here to help. Both courses are accredited by The Complimentary Medical Association (The CMA)
With the help of one of our experienced tutors, supporting video instruction, and documentation, the courses take you step by step through all the exercises which make up the Shibashi routines. Correct posture, breathing and Qi flow are a central focus of the course. You are shown how to bring all these things together to turn your Shibashi practice into a true Tai Chi experience.
You are given direct contact via video conference with one of our experienced tutors, giving you a unique learning platform tailored to your needs.
No Previous Experience is Required for Shibashi Set 1, but you must have completed Shibashi Set 1 before you can embark on Shibashi Set 2.
Both courses give you access to our resources websites and online lectures on Traditional Chinese Medicine by the Author and Tai Chi Master Andy Baggott. Via video sessions your experienced tutor will guide you through the process of setting up classes with suggested warm-up routines, health and safety issues, and advice on adapting your teaching for people with disabilities.
On successful completion of the course you will receive a certificate from Tai Chi for Better Health with The CMA accreditation to show you are qualified as an instructor to teach Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi.
We do also offer condensed courses for people that are already familiar with Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi.
We also train many organisations such as the NHS, Age UK, Age Cymru, Volunteering Matters, Marie Curie in workshop settings and would be happy to discuss these options with you.
